In this course, you’ll learn practical techniques to engage participants in productive digital conversations, facilitate meaningful online discussions, and analyze participant input. You’ll also explore how the digital divide affects Canadians and develop inclusive, equity- focused responses. Finally, you’ll consider the impact and opportunities of Artificial Intelligence on engagement practices. You’ll leave equipped with the skills to design and lead effective online engagement that supports better outcomes for your work and the communities you serve.
