Course Description

As a manager, you need an understanding of fundamental financial terminology and concepts to make informed financial decisions and meaningful contributions to your organization.

Learn to communicate with financial professionals in their language, improve your ability to question and discuss financial implications and support your decisions with strong financial grounding.

Specific topics include: financial statements and reports, drivers of cost and financial risk, working capital analysis, cashflow and profitability. You’ll complete the course able to measure financial performance and make data-driven decisions that support business goals.
