Course Description
Learn to analyze organizational performance measures from a qualitative and quantitative perspective. You will discover how to quantify a process change using financial analysis, which is an essential component of every aspect of business analysis.
You’ll be introduced to income statements and the difference between capital and operating expenses, and to financial analysis tools, including: cost-benefit analysis, net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and return on investments (ROI’s).
You will also learn to apply what-if analysis to produce a range of outcomes that support informed decision-making, and apply strategy analysis to identify and address organizational needs.
