Course Description
Learn the fundamental skills needed to be a successful business analyst. You'll explore the role of the business analyst, as well as key definitions, concepts and the context of business analysis within an organization.
You will also learn how to evaluate and apply business analysis techniques that assist with decision-making, and how to effectively present ideas through a variety of critical communication skills.
In addition, you'll explore the breadth of knowledge areas of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) according to the BABOK® Guide, and how these areas are applied to the work of business analysis.
